Refund requests are eligible only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging—including all tags, labels, and accessories. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for a refund. We require refund applications to be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date; requests made after this period will not be processed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
